Small porch/deck outside entrance in the back with a large yard with newly added fire pit, four Adirondack Chairs and a picnic table, which includes some views, including sunsets, of the Catskill Mountains. Inside the unit you will find open dining and living room with vaulted ceilings. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with massive dual closets on one side and a smaller closet on the other side. The smaller bedroom has a full size bed and a closet. You do have to walk thru the smaller bedroom to get to the primary. Extra twin bed available upon request. Sleeps 5. The bathroom includes a large vanity with chair, sink, stand up shower stall, and a large closet. Washer and Dryer in the unit as well. Rental price includes all utilities and internet. Unit is attached to the owner's home but has its own separate entrance, in the far back right of the home, with its own stone parking area and walkway right outside of the unit's entrance. 1 pet allowed at owners discretion.
