Looking for clean, respectful, and responsible renters. Two bedrooms, one bath single wide mobile home. Open living with dining area and lots of windows. Totally updated with new inside/outside paint, flooring, carpeting, window coverings, kitchen cabinets, counters, sinks, faucets, stove, refrigerator, vanity, lights, and tub. It comes with a carport and shed. There is NO washer/dryer hookup. There are 18 units in our quiet park, so tenants must be responsible and respectful neighbors. We want the park to be a safe and happy place for all. Property must be kept tidy inside and out. No smoking of any type (or vaping) inside or within 10 feet of open doors and windows. NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Also, no growing marijuana. No pets. Rent is $1,200 a month and includes water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. Yard upkeep is tenant's responsibility - or we can add $60 to the monthly rent and take care of it for you. Renter's insurance will be required. This is a month-to-month rental. A $30 application fee is required for all renters 18 and older to run each background check. This money will be returned to you if we do not run the check due to another applicant getting the unit before you do or if our preliminary check comes up with information where we know we will not rent to you. MOVE IN COSTS: 1st month rent $1,200. Security Deposit $1,800. Last month rent will be required depending on your credit. We can work with you to pay that over several months. NEXT STEPS: 1. FIRST, drive by the home (Unit 7) to make sure it would be a good fit for you. **It is currently occupied so please do not disturb tenants.** 2. Set up a time to see the unit and get an application.
