We are experienced landlords with nine (9) college houses available for the 2024-2025 school year. All students are required to have co-signers. Rents are due the first of every month and all utilities are the responsibility of the residents. The gas and electric are typically placed in the residents' names and then the water, sewer and trash are paid by PPI but then billed back equally. All houses have new appliances and washers/dryers provided.
