Monthly pet fee ($40.00 for 1 cat, $50.00 for 1 dog, and additional $20.00 for any additional pet) Documents needed to apply: - Copy of Driver License - Applicants must have verifiable monthly income from an employer equal to or greater than 3x the monthly rent. Verification can be in the form of pay-stubs or recent bank statements. - Judgements and evictions from any previous landlord are considered bad credit and may result in a denial. - Tenant must have renters insurance at least $100,000 in liability coverage * A higher security deposit may be requested if there are negative items on your background or credit report.
