This Edgewood apartment is a first floor split level. When you walk into the private entrance you will see 10 ft ceilings and a large living room with hardwood floors and built in shelves. A window opening to your right looks into the eat in kitchen with a full size refrigerator, gas stove, ceramic tile and plenty of cabinets. A few steps take you to the upper level bathroom and bedrooms. Both bedrooms have hardwood floors, painted tin ceilings, crown molding, and large closets. The smaller bedroom has a walk in closet. Tenant pays gas & electric. Landlord pays water, sewage & trash. This is a 5 unit building which was recently renovated, located in Edgewood, close to the School for the Deaf. It is two blocks from the bus way to downtown and several blocks from the shops and restaurants in Regent Square. There is coin-op laundry in the basement & easy on-street parking with an Edgewood permit. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
