The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated to modern standards, and there is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for guest use. The kitchen is well equipped with a collection of modern and vintage finds. The private first floor piazza is the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a beverage with friends. The property has one dedicated parking space behind the home. Fun fact: This home was once rented by one of the earlier seasons cast members of "Southern Charm"! The exterior and interior were filmed and can be spotted in earlier seasons of the Bravo series.
