Just beyond the living room is the dining room which features a gorgeous dining table with seating for four people. The dining room's convenient proximity to the kitchen makes it the perfect place to host friends or family for a home cooked meal. The light filled kitchen features plenty of cabinet and counter space, and all the essentials you will need to prepare a delicious meal at home! Bring your entertaining and dining outside to the gorgeous courtyard. Here you will find a table with seating for four people, perfect for al fresco dining! Please note this courtyard is also shared with the downstairs unit. Both of the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and feature Queen size beds. Each room has plenty of closet space, and a TV. The bathroom is located in the hallway in between the two bedrooms. A full size washer/dryer is located inside the apartment. Parking for one car is provided in the driveway beside the home. No pets, please! In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
