Down a few steps you will find the living room which features a comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing and watching a movie on the Smart TV. Walk through the living room into the second bedroom which features a Queen size bed, dresser, and large ensuite bathroom with double vanity. This apartment comes with one parking space in the driveway which is shared with the upstairs unit. Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops - including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques - as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
