The stairs going upstairs are very wide, so getting furniture up and down the stairs should not be all that difficult. There is a two stall attached garage. The garage is also deeper than your average garage for storage, or tool purposed. The back yard in fenced in with lots of shade provided from the house and surrounding trees. The house has Central AC and heating. You pay all the utilities. Pet Deposit is $750 with an additional $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
