This is a new, fully remodeled, one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. It is a nice quiet building located near downtown Sioux Falls and both hospital systems. Remodel includes all new cabinets, paint, carpet, flooring, refrigerator, light fixtures, and bathroom. Unit 9 includes a small deck outside the living room.

Application fee $40 per person.
This is a no smoking building and no pets. Owner pays for heat, water, and garbage.
