We do a credit check, background check, job, and rental history. The requirements for approval are: *A 610 minimum credit score, and no prior bankruptcies in the last 10 years. *Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. *Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history, if applicable, and they cannot be relatives. *Employment verification for the last year of employment. To support the application, you may provide proof of financials by emailing us 3 check stubs and/or 3 bank statements. Tenant(s) are responsible for gas, water and electric. We only hold properties for 10 days for approved applicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid.
