Our spacious "open floor concept" floor plans come fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer connections (option to rent washer & dryer), ceiling fans in both living room and bedrooms, walk-in closets, private fenced yards, wood-style flooring throughout. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment villa leases for $970 per month, and our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment villa leases for $1225 per month ( based on a 12-month lease period). We do ALLOW PETS. Pet fee is $300 per pet and $25 pet rent per month per pet.

Our community offers a spacious and inviting clubhouse with a resident lounge, business center, coffee bar, 24-hour fitness center, swimming pool and grilling area, package receiving service, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. In the coming months, we will be adding a dog park and walking trail.
