Pineview at Grogan's Mill is a pet-friendly, Section 8 community for adults 62+ or those who are handicapped/disabled. We are near medical facilities and only 2 blocks from The Woodlands Mall. Residents enjoy the walking trail that surrounds our wooded property. We have elevators, a community room, and on-site laundry facilities. All apartments come with a stove, refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher, central heat and air and ceiling fans. Medical emergency pull cords that call 9-1-1 directly are also in each apartment.
