We are more than just an apartment complex- we are a community. We pride ourselves in being able to provide a natural rural setting for our community, away from the busy and stressful city centers. Our location allows us to provide our residents with a secluded setting without the worry of thru traffic and the noise associated with the main travelled roadways. We are able to comfortable accommodate the 4-legged members of your family with ease. We have ample green space that includes a private dog park on site.

We are proud to be a PET FRIENDLY property (with a pet free option as well) and do not limit your options to certain apartments or certain breeds. Please note we do limit the number of animals in any apartment to 2.

We offer 1 bedrooms, 1 bedroom plus a den and 2 bedroom/ 2 bath options. Our apartments are built with an open floor plan for the living room and kitchen to maximize space for interacting with others. If you like to cook, these kitchens are what you are looking for with abundant cabinet and countertop space. All kitchens come standard with stainless steel glass top stove, refrigerator, microwaved and dishwasher - yes, we did say dishwasher! The Master Bedroom in our 2 bedroom apartments consists of a walk in closet and bathroom en suite. All apartment include washer and dryer.

Our Clubhouse contains our on-site management office which is staffed 6 days a week. We have on-site maintenance to address all maintenance needs as quickly as possible, including 24-hour emergency on-call service.

There are many major employers within a 5-20 minute commute that include: Global Foundries, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Dept. of Homeland Security, University of Vermont Medical Center; Beta Technologies and the Burlington International Airport, just to name a few.
