We have 4 beach resort properties available between Norfolk and Virginia Beach. At the Surfrider Beach which fronts the Chesapeake Bay we offer 6-month to 1-year leases. Our Breezin, Beach Cottage, and Poseidon cottages are available on a Month-to-Month basis (or for 6-months) from October 1 - March 15.

This property features 200 feet of waterfront frontage, beautifully maintained courtyard with Gazebos, beachfront Pergola with grilling station, semi private patio, the option of having a washer/dryer in the apartment or using the well equipped laundry room. All apartment homes have wood floors, crown molding, ceiling fans, and custom tile work. Well maintained, modern and we are responsive. Credit checks required

1-Bedroom Apartment Homes - $1,400 per month. Rent includes water, sewer and trash
2-Bedroom Apartment Homes - $1,600. For $100 per month add a washer/dryer but we also have a well equipped and clean laundry room too
1 or 2 Bedroom Bay front - $2,000 per month. Includes window walls overlooking the Chesapeake Bay, Wrap Around porches

These are the off-season rentals of our Airbnb vacation cottages and are known as Breezin, Beach Cottage and Poseidon. These cottages are fully furnished and also include all utilities, linens, housewares, smart TV's in every bedroom and living room, washer/dryer, wood floors, ceiling fans

Poseidon and Beach Cottage Rentals
These are historical properties on the beach in the Willoughby area of Norfolk. They are over 110-years old and their charm has been preserved. The property has been designed as a resort and features outdoor amenities such as Hot-Tub, Bocce Ball Court, Horseshoe Pit, Extensive landscaping and seating areas, Waterscapes, Beachfront cooking station, and Bay-front pergola. These are gated and private properties and the rentals all have wood floors, custom wood trim, custom tile work and ceiling fans. There is a full kitchen in each as well equipped and each rental has a double sleeper sofa

1-Bedroom Cottages $2,500 per month & 2-Bedroom Cottages $3,000 per month.

Each of these is very unique with one having a wrap-around porch, another being a loft with large veranda that has bay views and the other being beach-front with fireplace and semi-private sauna

Breezin is located in the Virginia Beach Resort Area. It is located 5-blocks from the Boardwalk, 3 blocks from the interstate , and 2 blocks from grocery stores. It is close enough to be a minute bike ride to the resort area but far enough away to be quiet. Fully furnished with linens, housewares and all utilities are included. These rentals feature wood floors, custom wood trim, ceiling fans, kitchens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TV's in living room and bedroom. The property has been designed as a resort and features outdoor amenities such as Hot-Tub,, Extensive landscaping and seating areas, and Outdoor cooking station. Breezin is a gated and private property. The 2 rentals have wood floors, custom wood trim, custom tile work and ceiling fans. There is a full kitchen in each as well equipped and each cottage also has a double sleeper sofa. Also included is a coveted driveway parking spot.
