The Lofts At Little Creek

Thank you for your interest in The Lofts at Little Creek Apartments in Triangle, VA. Our property is conveniently located just minutes away from the Quantico Marine Base, Rt 1, and I-95, making it an ideal location for those who need easy access to these areas. We even have a bus stop on our property for those who rely on public transportation. Currently, we have two separate 1-bedroom apartments available on the second floor of different buildings. Both apartments are carpeted and ready to be shown. The monthly rent for these apartments is $1,000.00, based on a year lease. We do offer short-term leases, but please note that they come with an increased rental price and have a minimum duration of 3 months. As for utilities, tenants are responsible for their own electricity and cable/internet services. Please be aware that we only allow Xfinity service on the property and satellite dishes are not permitted. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, and there is also a non-refundable application fee of $50 per person. Additionally, we require a holding fee (which can be paid by check or money order) that is refundable if your application is not approved. If approved, the holding fee will go towards your security deposit. On the day you sign your lease, you will need to provide the remainder of the deposit and the first month's rent. If you move in on the first day of the month, the full month's rent is due. If you move in on any other day of the month, the rent will be prorated accordingly. Please note that pets are not allowed on the property. Our office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 am to 2 pm, but we can also accommodate appointments outside of these hours.
