This will be collected during the Know Your Guest verification process. ***Please note that this property has a NO SMOKING and NO PET policy (unless otherwise required by Federal or State law). Smoking (including cigarettes/cigars/tobacco/vaping/candles/incense/marijuana) is prohibited in any area in or on the premises and on the property. Tenant will be charged any smoke remediation fees and have them deducted from their security deposit and/or Damage Waiver program. All prospective Tenants must complete an application (paid by Tenant), to include a credit, criminal background check, and an eviction history report. All Tenants must sign a lease and agree to the House Rules as a condition of the lease. Tenants must provide evidence of renter's insurance prior to occupancy and maintain coverage during the lease. City of Tempe 1.8% TPT tax will be added to the monthly rent and remitted. There cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time (except provisions within the lease agreement), a violation shall be considered ground for termination of the lease.
