This home comes with fridge, dishwasher, above range microwave, stove, tankless water heater, and a stackable washer/dryer (dryer is making noise though). EVERYTHING is here to move in immediately. Dishes, silverware, cookware, air fryer and even a robot vacuum (no bed linens though)It's essentially an air bnb without the fees! A short term lease is possible 3mo @ $1,850, 6mo @ $1,750 and 1yr @ $1,650. The damage deposit is $1,500. No smokers allowed, but a small dog is ok with $200 nonrefundable deposit.
