Please understand that we will charge any additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy. IMPORTANT - Please note: HOA approval needed - process may take up to 10 business days after successful submission of required documents!
