The large open waterfront patio is a great place to hang out, it even has a motorized retractable awning for those hot sunny days. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It comes fully furnished and equipped. Even bikes, beach chairs and a gas BBQ grill. There is terrazzo and tile throughout with no carpet in the house. A washer and dryer is onsite for your convenience. The large waterfront great room includes a nice desk with a beautiful view for those who continue to work while on vacation. The Master en-suite has a queen bed, the middle room has twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen size murphy bed and retractable desk. The garage has plenty of parking space and comes with a new opener and remote control. There is a 30 day min stay required. Pets are welcome, certain breed restrictions will apply.
