The entire bathroom has a custom venetian plaster finish which is completely waterproof but cannot have harsh chemicals or colored liquids on it. Please be mindful of this detail! All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and electric and the countertops are marble. The private backyard has a covered patio with 2 outdoor fans. Pictured is a 4 person hot tub but this will be removed before the move in date (please ask if you would like the hot tub to be kept). There are 2 Roku enabled smart TV's, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. You will also have access to a washer and dryer located inside the house, next to the kitchen. There is a soaking tub in the master bathroom. **Please note that there is a private, detached living unit on the property. The unit is occupied by a tenant. Absolutely no areas of the house or yard are shared. The unit functions more like a next-door neighbor so we ask that you respect their privacy, and they will respect yours. There is a privacy fence surrounding the entire backyard so you will have your own private space.** Access The garage can be accessed from inside the house and has various beach and outdoor supplies. Please note one a small car can park in the garage and there is no garage opener! No street parking (except for occasional guests). Please note the door next to the hot tub goes to a workshop/storage room that the guest can use. Please ask for more details around this! The house is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. You are only minutes from the North Siesta Key bridge which offers quick and convenient access to beaches as well as Siesta Key Village. The home is only minutes from downtown and many great dining options. Other attractions like St. Armand's circle are also only minutes away.
