Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental. As you enter into the foyer of the property, garage access for storage is located on the right. There is one bedroom with a two queen beds and a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. This room also has access to an outside patio and fenced in yard. The second floor of the property is comprised of the kitchen, dining, and living areas with a half bathroom. The third level has the remaining two bedrooms. The first bedroom you arrive at has a Queen bed. There is a hall bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The hallway to the primary bedroom houses the laundry closet. Once in the primary bedroom, you will find a King bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. The en suite has a double vanity, single shower, and soaking tub. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 3 Queen Parking: Parking for two - three vehicles - Driveway only, no garage access for parking. Boat trailers allowed. Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable fee of $400/pet. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation. Prohibited: Smoking, RV's, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
