The condo is an end unit affording ample lighting throughout. Well-maintained property with free laundry facility on-site as well as a community room with outside patio area to host gatherings. Has separate carport building for covered parking spot and ample guest parking. Small storage closet in the basement below condo unit. Rent includes city water, sewage, and trash disposal. Landlord pays all Condomium Association (COA) fees. The renter is responsible for electric, Wi-fi/Internet, and/or Cable.
