Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2024 - May 2025 only. Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental. This cozy studio is just a block from the beach. The studio is directly attached to the main house and both share a common deck, but it also has a separate entrance and parking for the convenience and privacy of it's guests. There is one parking space for the unit. There is a kitchen, a dining area, living room, and bedroom with a private bath. Please note the kitchen does not have an oven but beyond that, it comes with all the essentials. The living room has a comfortable leather apartment style sofa, marble coffee table, flat panel TV, cable, DVD player and sound bar. The main storage area is also located in the living room with closet and drawer space. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and connected bathroom. Please note that there is no bathtub, just a shower stall.
