Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2024 - May 2025 only. Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental. This two-bedroom and two-bathroom cottage has a large, fenced in backyard, where you will find the primary entrance to the cottage. In the bedrooms you'll find a Queen bed in the primary room, then a Full plus a Twin bed in the guest room. There is also a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. The kitchen is modern with all the essentials. You'll find a great patio and grill outside too. Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, 1 Sofa Bed Parking: Parking for two vehicles in driveway. Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a $400/pet nonrefundable fee. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation. Prohibited: Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
