Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental. This beach house comes fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, a nice backyard, an elevator, a modern kitchen, a wrap-around porch that's partly screened in, high ceilings, and lots and lots of space. Amenities include high-speed wireless internet, DVD player, washer/dryer in unit, TV in the master bedroom, mini-garage storage, cookware and Keurig coffee maker.
