Unfurnished 1st floor bedroom available in cute townhouse with lots of light! 5 minute drive to 40 and US 1, 10-15 minute drive from the vet school and NCSU. This bedroom has large windows and has sole use of unattached bathroom in the hallway. Room will be unfurnished. Utilities and common area chores shared. Utilities currently running about $100 for each roommate (3 in total). I am a female young professional who works from home with one dog and one cat. Additional pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Looking to find a couple of neat, quiet, pet loving female roomies! Female roommates only at this time.
