There is assigned off street parking for 1-2 cars (depending on unit). No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking. Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach. POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY May - Oct. No smoking, no pets.
