The kitchen table gives a cozy space for all to gather and enjoy family meals or a board game. There are two covered porches located off the front of the house that can be accessed from the dining room and living room. Furnished with tables and chairs this is the perfect spot for watching magnificent sunsets and sound views in the evening. After watching the sun set over the Intracoastal waterway, you can sink into the comfy sofa and enjoy your favorite movie on the convenient Roku TV. A large shaded screened-in porch off the rear master bedroom is a great get-away spot for guests seeking some peace a quiet. Furnished with outdoor love seat, lounge chairs, lamps, and tables this is the preferred space for curling up with a good book. At the end of the covered carport is a private fenced in garden area with grill and picnic table so that you can enjoy grilling in the beautiful beach weather and salt air. The master bedroom has two queen beds, a private bathroom, and direct access to the back deck. Down the hallway you will find two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. There is a hall bath that services the guest bedrooms and access to the rear screened porch at the end of the hall. With 3 covered porches, plenty of outside space to lounge, and a small sandy beach that emerges at low tide at the end of the street - everyone in the family will have a great time playing in the calm waters of the Intracoastal. And don't forget that the ocean access is just 1.5 blocks from the cottage! *The homeowners are including a monthly cleaning service that is complimentary to the tenant and required to ensure you are comfortable in your home away from home.* Cable/Internet included. $150 monthly cap on electric, and $100 monthly cap on water.
