Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single family home is located on the desirable southern end of Wrightsville Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. Public sound access is just a few steps from your front door, which makes launching kayaks and paddle boards a breeze, and the beach access is a block away. This property is truly the best of both worlds! Upon entering the home, you are instantly welcomed with cheerful decor that boasts neutral sea tones and an open floor plan! The living area has a large comfy sectional and flat screen smart TV. There is a large kitchen table that can expand if desired and bar seating that leads you into the beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops. A large chefs pantry for storing groceries gives you all the storage necessary to make wonderful meals in the convenience of your own home. Just off the main living area are two guest bedrooms, one bedroom with a full bed and the other with a queen bed. Both are tastefully decorated and there is a twin trundle. Moving past the dining area is the guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and laundry area. At the end of the hall is another guest room with a queen bed and flat screen TV. The master is across the hall and is outfitted with a king bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, and large flat screen TV. There is a deck off the back of the home that leads you to the enclosed backyard and outdoor shower. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3-4 vehicles. Garage is not included, but owner will consider. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Students, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Owner will consider well trained, house broken dogs with associated fees and deposit.
