Welcome Home to Millstream Gardens Apartments. Most of our units are renovated with granite countertops. They include new lighting and other fixtures. Our property is quiet and secluded. We are close to shopping and I-15. We have great schools and spacious parks.

The application fee is $45 and we check credit and criminal history.
Application Criteria:
*Credit score of 700 or higher
*Less than $2000 in past due debt
*No Bankruptcies within the last 3 years
*NO EVICTIONS or money owed to a previous landlord or property management company
*No Felony charges. No misdemeanors charges within the last 3 years. No violent crimes against people or property, no sex related charges and no drug distribution charges.
*Must have a combined income of $4200/mo. to qualify


12 month lease terms
The security deposit is $1200 on approved credit. $250 non refundable fee to hold the apartment if approved.

Pet Policy
The security deposit is $1000 and there is a $250 lease initiation fee. Cats and small dogs are allowed for extra $250 deposit and are $50 per month per animal. We accept companion animals with proper documentation.
