Heat and water are included in the rent, leaving you responsible only for electricity. Some of our units have been recently remodeled, featuring brand new bathrooms, kitchens with new appliances and islands, and hardwood floors in select apartments. Each unit also comes with extra storage free of charge. Our property is equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers in the basement of each building, ensuring convenience for our residents. In addition, off-street parking is available for a small one-time fee of $25 per car, with each unit allotted two parking spots. While we do allow small pets, please note that we have a strict no dog policy.
