There is a market rate 2 bedroom 1.5 bath for $1,550 and a market rate 2 bedroom 2 bath for $1,575 per month available that include all utilities, even electricity. All appliances are also supplied, including a washer/dryer. Parking is an additional $125 per space if needed. You must have verifiable income of at least twice the amount of rent to qualify.
We do also manage McAuley Apartments which is approximately 1 mile away on East Knapp Street between Prospect Avenue and Van Buren. A one bedroom will be available for $1,088 per month that includes heat/hot water and 1 parking space if available. There are maximum income limits and you must make at least twice the amount of rent per month to qualify. Also, one adult in the household cannot be a full time student.
