* Cats Allowed All pets must be listed on our renter's insurance policy. All pets must be 12 months of age. Dogs have a 50-pound weight limit and 18" height limit. Cats must be spayed/neutered. $25 monthly pet rent. $300 pet deposit for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets. No animals are permitted without the prior written consent of Owner. All animals must be properly licensed and have current inoculations for the type of animal. All regulations must be provided in writing from a licensed veterinarian.
