The primary bedroom located on the main level is an en suite with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. The home offers two workspaces with a desk located in the upstairs loft and a second desk located in the main floor second bedroom. There are two full bathrooms on the main level along with one full bath upstairs. The home has been outfitted with three flat-screen televisions. Additionally, the home has been furnished with very high-quality linens, towels, mattresses, and pillows. All furnishings including mattresses are brand new as of August 2023. The kitchen features all LG stainless appliances including a dual fuel range. As the home is located on a tranquil street, the front porch with two Adirondack chairs will be your favorite place to sip your morning coffee. The flat, grassy yard is fenced and is outfitted with a Weber gas grill and table seating. One dog will be considered with an additional fee and an additional deposit.
