* Cats Allowed * No exotic animals allowed. *Pets must not weigh more than 35 lbs. each (at the pet's adult weight) * Tenants may have as many as two approved pets per Apartment * All pets must be on a leash at all times outside of your apartment * A Rabies Vaccination Record is required for each pet showing the pet's name, age, weight and specific breed(s). * Tenants must clean up after their pets.
