The Cherrywood Palace is an oasis in central Austin's Cherrywood neighborhood; with Moroccan architectural features and decor, a fully stocked kitchen, rooftop deck, and a shared yard with a saltwater swimming pool/jacuzzi. The Palace is steps away from numerous bars, restaurants, and cafes (including the famed Este which is 2 blocks away) and offers a unique urban launchpad location nestled within a comfortable property. Walking distance to UT's stadium, and a short hop to downtown.

The Palace is the back house of a centrally located 1/3rd acre property. The lot is spacious relative to the area and we've created a variety of living spaces, whether you'd like to lounge on a hammock, lay in the grass, lounge poolside in the sun, read a book in a quiet corner, set up a remote office, or do yoga in the studio room.

The salt-water swimming pool is shared between the two houses (the landlord's family lives in a century home on the same property). The pool has an automatic safety cover which can be deployed when not in use, particularly when our guests include small children.

The Palace itself is a 2-story, 1100 SF house with a central vaulted kitchen that is open to the living room and an additional 850 SF studio room that includes a queen bed, day bed, dining table, washer/dryer, and ample room for activities. The master suite upstairs opens up to a rooftop deck that overlooks the shared pool and is also accessible from the shared yard via a spiral staircase.

The Palace is walking distance to UT's football stadium, and a short hop to downtown Austin.

Renter is responsible for reimbursing owner for all bills which will remain in owner's name. Bills include highspeed internet, gas, electric, water/sewer. Owner will maintain pool and provide pest service (Chemfree) free of charge.
