The requirements for approval are: *A 610 minimum credit score, and no prior bankruptcies in the last 10 years. *Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. *Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history, if applicable, and they cannot be relatives. *Employment verification for the last year of employment.
