It is a paved driveway and it sits on a large lot where there are portions of the yard which are partially fenced. The yard is about 3/4 acre and you must maintain the lawn and you must pay for a garbage pickup.

The master bedroom is very large with a nice view into the back yard; the second bedroom is average.
