We are approximately 3 miles from Texas Tech University, Covenant Medical Center and UMC., within a 10 minute drive to the West End Shopping Center, South Plains Mall and Canyon West Shopping Center. Apex Villas offers 1 and 2 bedroom "villa style" apartment homes all being in a single story building with front door parking. Our spacious "open floor concept" floor plans come fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer connections (option to rent washer & dryer), ceiling fans in both living room and bedrooms, walk-in closets, private fenced yards, wood style flooring, heating and a/c. Each apartment includes FREE 1G HIGH SPEED INTERNET (a savings of $50-$60 per month). Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment villa leases for $785 per month and our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment villa leases for $985 per month. We do ALLOW PETS. Pet fee is $250 per pet and $20 pet rent per month.

Our Apex community offers a spacious and inviting clubhouse with resident lounge, business center, coffee bar, 24 hour fitness center, swimming pool and grilling area, package receiving service and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
