However applicants with convictions with in the last 7 years for drug manufacturing, drug distributions, serious violent crime, or Burglary/theft are unlike to be approved. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification, proof of income and a copy of your Real Estate agents card and or name and company.
