Dodger Stadium and Elysian Park are a 5 minute drive away. Ride your bicycle along the greenway to Griffith Park. Interstate is less than 2 minutes away. Neighborhood has lots of songbirds, frogs, and other wildlife.

Owner lives on-site in the rear house on the property (this listing is for the front house). Owner takes care of the landscaping and shares the driveway.
