Gated complex with keyless/coded entry on front and back gates. Easy access to all major freeways and hospitals, Metro Transit, and easy cycling (flat residential streets). Beaches are 10-15 minutes-drive away. Most major attractions are also only about 15-minutes away. Close walking distance to various restaurants, bars, coffee shops, breweries, and yoga, belly dancing, fencing studio, art studios, bakery, Irish pubs with live music. There are even 2 nite clubs within walking distance.. Downstairs unit front door (and security door) opens up to the common courtyard, with an additional sliding-glass door which leads to your own, private outdoor patio area. Private patio has a bistro table with two chairs, bamboo enclosure for privacy. Sliding-glass doors have vertical blinds between the double-paned- glass (no messy vertical blinds inside the living room!). All windows in the unit are new, keeping the place cool all summer, and warm all winter. Quiet, well-maintained complex, with palm trees and lush landscaping in the central courtyard. Outdoor dining table with sun umbrella and string lights. Security gates on the front and back entrances, security front door. Coin-operated laundry available on-site. Amenities included rival any Airbnb: We literally have thought of everything you could possibly need. Smart TV, free WiFi with extender//linens/towels/beach gear/pots/pans/dishes/cutlery/dining room table and chairs/blackout curtains/cute BoHo decor/record player with albums/pour over and automatic coffee makers/ shopping bags/we even stock you up with tupperwarer/ziplock baggies and aluminum foil. Pet friendly: Off-leash doggie park 6 blocks away. The I-5 freeway north onramp is just 2 blocks away from back streets-no need to even hit a stop light to get to Rady's/Scripps/UCSD, etc. Quiet, clean, well-managed and maintained complex. Neighbors are helpful and gracious. This is a wonderful complex and neighborhood to to enjoy your San Diego visit. We have been renting to travel nurses for over 8 years, and have an excellent reputation in the Gypsy-nurse community.
