This newly renovated home built in 1913 offers a creative and relaxing environment. This home has a spacious yard and a beautiful front porch. We have a house stand up grand piano in the living room for everyone to try. We are seeking artists, musicians, dancers, performers, singers, writers, actors, film makers, graphic designers, and ALL creative minds to rent. Don't worry-- if you don't identify as an artist, you are so welcome as long as you're comfortable living with other artists.

Dream Space 933 has a variety of different sized rooms which vary in rent price from $450-$650 per room per month depending on size.

The set price we have in mind is $75 per person for these above utilities, but this could fluctuate. We will do a credit and background check, and if you do not have that we will need references or a co-signer.

5 minute drive away from Wichita State University, 7 minute drive from Friends University, 1 mile to the Artsy Old Town district, 2 miles to Riverside including the Wichita Art museum.
