We prefer tenants have a Minimum Credit Score +/- 600, and NO EVICTIONS. If your credit score is below 580, then we need to discuss your circumstances. You may need a co-signor. If you are currently in a bankruptcy, or have a history of evictions, we will not consider you as a tenant at this time.
