All utilities are included except for phone/cable/internet. Tenant must provide portable A.C. unit if desired with a $15 /mo. charge applied for power. A limited number of garages and covered carports are available. Otherwise, parking is along the private entrance drives and parking lots for the complex. Each Building is equipped with laundry facilities and a private locked storage unit for each apartment.
