The upstairs features your one bathroom and bedrooms which are both equipped with over head lights and ceiling fans. Central Air and Heat. These charming and private townhomes lease for $825 and $850 a month. Tenants are responsible for all utilities such as water, gas, electric, sewer and trash.

Application fee is $35 per person over the age of 18.
Security Deposits are $825 2 bedroom and $850 3 Bedroom.

Pet Policy - Dogs and cats are permitted. $350 Non Refundable Pet Fee per animal and $20 monthly pet rent per animal.
Pet Restrictions - Can not exceed 35 pounds fully grown. No aggressive Breeds.
