At Bard Townhouses, students can enjoy the convenience, fun amenities, life-long friendships, and more while attending Shippensburg University. We lease townhome by the bedroom and they offer spacious rooms and living areas students are craving. Student homes are rented by the bedroom. Students will also have access to an array of community-wide amenities. Enjoy plenty of recreation opportunities, basketball, volleyball, and a lighted walking path that takes you right campus. Our townhomes are pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends with you! There are some additional deposits and fees involved, so make sure to ask our office staff for all of the details first.
