REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:

1) Verified $4,800/month income for the last 12 months and proof that income is still ongoing. Legally bound (for example: married) couples may combine income, but ALL other adults must qualify as individuals;
2) Good credit history and 2 excellent rental history references or proof of excellent mortgage history;
2) First month, last month and deposit ($1,200) are needed for move-in and funds need to be shown to be immediately available before the house is taken off the rental market. Total of $4,790 is needed for move-in;
3) No co-signors or comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports;
4) No Smoking/Vaping;
5) 1 (no more than 1) small dog under 20 lbs might be considered with pet application, pet rent and pet deposit (no cats please-sorry);
6) Rental Insurance is required.

REQUIREMENTS TO VIEW - owners are employed full-time and unfortunately we have to limit the viewing of the home. Please provide the following information via TEXT (360) 808-1577:

1) Your full name and the names and relationships of all potential occupants;
2) Circumstances regarding your verified income of $4,800/month from the last 12 months - no confidential information necessary -Legally bound (for example: married) couples may combine income, but ALL OTHER adults must qualify as individuals;
3) Rental reference which will be 1 of the 2 rental references needed to rent;
4) Showing of identification may be necessary before viewing house due to safety concerns.

THESE ABOVE 4 REQUIREMENTS ARE TO VIEW THE HOUSE AND DO NOT ENSURE THAT THE HOUSE WILL BE LEASED TO YOU.
