Loma Rica is an 18-square-mile rural community in Yuba County. The closest city is Marysville 15 miles southwest, across the Feather River from Yuba City. North of state capital Sacramento, off of Route 70, Loma Rica is well-situated for outdoorsy families who want to travel to Tahoe National Forest nearby. Homes for rent in Loma Rica are split between suburban neighborhoods and rural farmland. There's plenty of space to take in views of the verdant, grassy landscape - unlike other desert land nearby. Loma Rica Road and Fruitland Road are the major streets through the town, and their intersection is where the Loma Rica Elementary School is. Families will enjoy becoming part of this small community.
